fall in the mountains is a beautiful thing.

a couple weekends ago, mr. lesley and i spent the weekend in almont, colorado on a cabin/salmon fishing weekend.
even though we never went salmon fishing, we did drive into my new favorite mountain town,
crested butte.

sometimes you don't even need words.
the beauty just speaks for itself.

enjoy.

  1. we were totally there! well, sort of. we were at the top of west maroon pass, debating a hike into crested butte. because we thought we didn't know anyone there/ have a good reason to head that direction only to have to do the pass again the next day, we turned around and went back to aspen.
