celebrating my big sis.

last night, calley's friend stacy planned an amazing wedding shower for her.
seriously. she outdid herself.
it was perfect.
the celebration took place at water 2 wine
a wine shop/operating winery
where we were able to sample wine all night.
what a perfect spot to host a wedding shower.

not only did stacy pick the perfect place, but the decorations and eats were lovely too!
my personal favorites were the bride and groom cake pops.
they've really thought of everything these days:)
after chatting, wining, and dining, it was time to open presents!
and from the looks of things, you could probably guess that crate and barrel was the official sponsor of the evening.
calley left with some great gifts for her and aaron (which makes aaron happy since he did most of the registering:)

and calley wasn't the only one going home with presents.
everyone got their own bottle of wine with calley and aaron on the label to take home!
before the night was over, i insisted that calley get a picture with everyone who came.
i am permanent paparazzi, and i'm really ok with that.
and i don't think anyone minds being treated like a celebrity.
of course, calley and i had to get a pic together, and i thought it was only fitting to have a picture of all my sisters too.
one by blood, one by marriage, and one through friendship.
i love my sister so much, and i loved having a night to honor and celebrate her.

i wouldn't be the woman i am without her, and she is going to make one heck of a wife and mother.
mark my words.
